Unit Leader - Stephen Slough

Stephen has been a member of Dorset Search & Rescue since 2018. He is a qualified Lowland Rescue Search Technician and Team Leader. Stephen was voted into the Unit Leader role in March 2023 having been Deputy Unit Leader since mid-2020.

Deputy Unit Leader - Tom Bryant

Tom has been a member of Dorset Search & Rescue since 2013. He is a qualified Lowland Rescue Search Technician, Team Leader and Search Manager. Tom was voted into position in March 2023 returning to the Management Committee after a break, having previously served as Chairman (now Unit Leader)  in the past.

Secretary - Paul Shelton

Paul joined Dorset Search & Rescue in 2019. He is a qualified Lowland Rescue Search Technician. Paul was voted into the Deputy Secretary position during the 2020 AGM and to Secretary in 2021.

Deputy Secretary -  Rebbekka Welch

Rebekka joined Dorset Search & Rescue in 2023, having transferred in from Lowland Rescue Oxfordshire. She is a qualified Lowland Rescue Search Technician and Search Manager, as well as the National Lowland Rescue Safeguarding Lead. Rebekka brought with her a wealth of experience and was voted into the Deputy Secretary position during the 2023 AGM.

Dave has been a member of Dorset Search & Rescue since 2013 and is a qualified Lowland Rescue Search Technician and Team Leader. Dave was elected to the Membership Secretary position at the 2023 AGM.

Deputy Membership Secretary - Chris Greasley

Chris has been a member of Dorset Search & Rescue since 2019 and is a qualified Lowland Rescue Search Technician. Chris was elected to the Deputy Membership Secretary position at the 2023 AGM.

Search Lead - Trevor Antell

Trevor is one of Dorset Search & Rescue's founder members and has been in the organisation since 2004. He is a qualified Lowland Rescue Team Leader, Lowland Rescue Search Manager and Lowland Rescue First Responder. Trevor has held many positions within the organisation, including Ops Officer, Chairman and Deputy Chairman but, more recently, was elected to the position Search Lead at the 2019 AGM.

Deputy Search Lead - Chris Ramsey

Chris has been a member of Dorset Search & Rescue since 2015. He is a qualified Lowland Rescue Search Manager, Swift Water Rescue Technician and Lowland Rescue First Responder. Chris was elected to the Membership Secretary position at the 2017 AGM and stood down in 2021 but remains on the committee as Deputy Search Lead.

Members Representative - Martin Adams

Martin joined Dorset Search & Rescue in 2016. He is a qualified Lowland Rescue Search Technician. Martin was voted into the Members Representative position during the 2019 AGM.

Deputy Members Representative - Nick Ellis.

Nick has been a member of Dorset Search & Rescue since 2019. He is a qualified Lowland Rescue Search Technician and has a passionate interest on MH First Aid and wellbeing, he is also teh units TRIM Manager. Nick was voted into the Additional Trustee position during the 2023 AGM.

Additional Trustee - Bob Mace

Bob has been a member of Dorset Search & Rescue since 2006. He is a qualified Lowland Rescue Search Technician and Team Leader. Bob was voted into the Additional Trustee position during the 2022 AGM when the position became vacant.
